WALLPAPER ME!! Our house is over 100 years old and has always had wallpaper in the formal dining room, so I can’t imagine not going back with some gorgeous wallpaper! We also have a powder room off the den that I’d love to wallpaper!!

WALLPAPER ME! Hi – my husband calls me ‘Miley-Vila’ and I’ve been rehabbing a 1970s ranch for 1 year and 1 week. On the one year anniversary of living here, I FINALLY tackled the bathroom with 70’s wallpaper floor to ceiling. Now I’m left with weird looking drywall (it’s definitely drywall, but it has an odd texture – like it was specific for wallpaper). So for a week I’ve been debating on skim coating and sanding (I HATE DRYWALL SANDING), and painting – which would be the most affordable option – or going back to wallpaper – but as you know, wallpaper (well the wallpaper I would choose) is pricey. So winning this would be AMAZING. This bathroom is my test project – as I’ve got a large bedroom (20×14) that is up next on the wallpaper removal. I’m keeping my fingers crossed. (FYI – I’ve taken before and during pictures – and would be happy to share the afters if I win.)

I was just looking at their site last week. I want to wallpaper one wall in our tiny entryway. It’s the wall where we hang out coats and which you face coming down the stairs. It’s so dark and dreary that I would love something bright and cheerful. Especially since I just ripped up all the carpet from the stairs *gulp* and am sanding, staining and painting the wood underneath

I’ve only come around slowly to wallpaper. I still have some to remove from walls in our current rancho-deluxe renovation, so it’s hard to imagine adding it again.
