I love the look of your living room and especially love the tv wall. I had a thought on disguising the “boob” speakers. What about placing lighting with tall globes like these, http://www.homedepot.com/p/Progress-Lighting-White-2-light-Vanity-Fixture-P3111-30/202599612, (hung vertically) over the speakers and then long thin mirrors or long thin painting where your star mirrors are? That’s what I would do, if you could find lighting with a tall enough globe to cover the light and the speakers. :)
