I will “Smile for Tile”. I’ve been following your blog for a couple of weeks, now, and am really enjoying seeing all of your projects. We bought our house in June this year, although ours is a 1956 MCM ranch. I’m having the best time renovating and have found some great tips on your blog. I especially appreciate the time you take to really explain the “how to’s” of things and not just “here’s what I did” with a picture. I’m here in OH, too, and am also dreading the oncoming weather, by the way. Beachy goodness sounds divine to me, too.

I know this sounds cheesy, but this year I’m most thankful for my husband. We got married this past summer a few weeks before my 31st birthday, and I’m just so, so grateful for the wonderful man I married.

I am thankful that I have a job. I just bought a house and have been so lucky that my job is stable and I do not have to worry each day if I will be able to make the mortgage payment. So many people can not say that and I feel blessed.

I am most thankful for the wonderful blessings that God has brought into my life this year. It has been filled full of both new and old adventures but I am thankful that he has blessed me in so many ways.

I have a wonderful husband (who carries on through my crazy revonation projects), amazing family and friends (who are always there to lend a helping hand) and two adorable pups (who sometimes drive me insane but are always there to cuddle when I need them!) I definately wouldn’t call my life perfect in any respect…I sometimes feel my insanity slipping as I juggle revonations, graduate school, and a full time job…but I always find comfort and glory in God and know everything will work just as he has planned:)
