It’s good to be home!
Or… Home is where the beer is.
Or… Home is a six pack in the fridge.
You know you’re from Pennsylvania when….
You’re moving so the fridge is almost empty?? :D
Or you’ve installed the fridge in the underdog so you have a six pack to drink while you work on it?
The kitchen at the Underdog is complete and the first thing you put in the hooked up fridge is a 6-pack of well deserved beer!!?!! (Please tell me I am right! I’ve been dying to see that kitchen!)
haha! Fridge – DONE! Okay, maybe some fruit for the kiddos…
Life is too short to drink cheap beer.
Hope you are toasting to a newly finished kitchen!
A sure sign that Steve has been at the Underdog…
(Mmmmm Yuengling, my favorite!)
I have my priorities straight.
If I had never read your blog before I’d say this looks like the fridge of a college student. All you need is beer!
Your priorities are straight :)
The only (non-living) thing you have eyes for after giving birth…
HH has been working on the kitchen! And you can finally have a beer again. :)
Home Sweet Home……………with Beer!!!!
Priority 1: Give birth
Priority 2: BEER
Priority 3: Everything else
I don’t blame you one bit. A beer sounds great right now and it’s only 11:00 am :-)
MyersMaison.blogspot.com
But dear…I DID go shopping!
I hope it has something to do with a kitchen being done and/or you moving!
First things first!
So … the fridge is in, the power is on and let’s have a party ’cause the kitchen is ready !
“I’m hungry”
wether giving birth to a new baby or giving birth to a new kitchen there is only one way to celebrate and thats with a frosty cold beer…i hope the glasses are in the freezer ;) congratulations on your delivery!
I’ve got a silly one ! (hey, I’m a journalist, I’m French, I like to write AND be silly !!)
If a lager
is worth a ladder
then help yourself
and keep painting the shelf !
ouuh, good one …
Your kitchen is done and you will be moving the end of the month! =)
Just boosting my milk supply …
I have a kind of funny story. While I was pregnant last year I craved beer! It was so weird. I don’t mind a good beer (Yuengling is not my top choice but I don’t judge) but I’m not an avid beer drinker- like my husband. It was annoying because I could never satisfy that craving…obviously! And now that I’m not pregnant I don’t have the cravings.
Home is where the booze is!
Ok, either you’re finally moving in, or Handy Hubby’s decided to make himself at home while he finishes up the Underdog. Either way, seems things are falling into place!
That fridge is at least one beer short of a full six-pack!
I’m sure it was drank when a toast was made to the kitchen (and Underdog) being one step closer to move-in day …
All you need is beer…
Party for one…
The kitchen is complete and move-in-able so you guys are celebrating!! :)
It’s the fridge in the underdog!!! YOU’RE MOVING IN!!!
It’s 5 o’clock somewhere…
or
Lagerator!
That there is a man’s fridge. Soon it will have a half empty pizza box.
“Honey, we need to go to the store. The beer fridge is almost empty!”
Heaven in a bottle!
Haha!!
How bout “Got Milk?”
You’re FINALLY starting your spinoff blog, fridge*tweaking! Entry no. 1: Minimalist Fridge Decor {have only what you need}
move-in ready!
…looks like a happy new home to me!
“Welcome home.”
This is what restraint looks like. 3 kids, sold your old house by owner, still in the process of renovating a new home, living in a tiny apartment….You should be up to hard liqueur by now. Pregnancy must’ve slowed you down a bit.
Party at the underdog!
You’ve moved into the Underdog?! I’m so excited for you!!!
A man’s idea of all moved in & unpacked!
Only the essentials!
Buy fridge: Check
Install Frige: check
Stock Fridge: check check
Beer has food value. Food, however, has no beer value.
Someday, I too will be able to enjoy one of these.
Of course you have to *test* the fridge before you put something in it that might spoil…
liquid dinner tonight.
You’re moving in to the Underdog soon!
To me it says:
Finally!!!
Whether it’s “finally” being able to have a beer, or “finally” being able to move into your new home, I know it’s been a long time coming!
What do you mean “We need groceries”???
Where’s the Christian Moerlein?
You are moving in? Beer was always the first thing in the fridge when we moved. It’s how we got people to help us! (Sidenote- I’d love to know why you chose side by side over bottom freezer or the trendy French door. We are about to buy a fridge). Love your blog. Big congrats on the baby. Three is a magic number :)
Fridge is in. .
Baby is out. . .
Let’s celebrate!
Hmm. bit low on beer, better buy more …..
Baby number 4 will be named Lager Miller? :)
Life is good, CHEERS!
That you love Pottsville, Pennsylvania… (home of the Yuengling Brewery)!! My hometown :-)
PS Congratulations on the new baby girl!!
Dana is no longer pregnant….
Since the fridge is in and power on, I hope this means that your house is now “move in” ready! Can’t wait to see your kitchen becuase I’m interested in purchasing the same cabinets and appliances.
I think you’ve moved in! The beer is for your Mr to sit down and celebrate the fact that he’s got you all in your new home. Hope I’m right, if so congratulations!!!
“Celebrating with a beer. I can now blog in the Underdog!”
Yay! So glad you guys are moved in! Can’t wait to see it all put together!!
Handy Hubby: “Yep. This is the one.”
We moved! Because you pay friends who help you move with beer and who wants warm beer … no one!
Bare Necessities… :-)
…and pizza’s on the way to the new address!
How about… “A man’s home is his (New) Castle”.
Of course I realize your brand of choice is Yuengling, but you get the idea ;)
Dana has her postpartum priorities straight!
I don’t have a witty caption for you, but that picture made me bust out laughing. Because if my husband and I were renovating a house, that’s exactly what my husband would have in the fridge!
It means that a MAN is around!! :-)
“The Underdog is all about embracing the minimalist look.”
Move-in day?!
(and after nursing two sons, I truly believe beer increases milk supply!!)
Refreshment for the finishing touches on the Underdog. Plus, if you finally have a fridge plugged in, what else would go in first?
All moved in!
This is how our new homes always look when we first move it! Have fun…with everything!
A well deserved beer for HH.
SO EXCITING!! The new fridge is installed & working properly at the Underdog…HH deserves that delicious six pack of beer. Now take note of another reader, & buy more beer for your friends so they’ll help you get all moved in ASAP!! I can’t wait to see the IKEA kitchen, and more pictures of the precious babygirl. At least now you can also enjoy a nice cold adult beverage with HH :)
A 6 pack of beer solves all of life’s mysteries…
PRIORITIES.
And no biggie you’re asking us to write your post… you’ve got a newborn!!
Party at the Underdog! BYOB (Bring your own beer:)
The ultimate light at the end of the Underdog tunnel!
Yay! You are super close to moving in! :)
That photo says to me that your friends are helping you move in and you’ll be ordering pizza to go with that beer.
2000$ stainless steel fridge is best used for a 6 pack of beer (because that is all you can buy after you buy the fridge!) :)
#2 Welcome home party where friends provide the food = beer!
Does this mean you are moving into the Underdog??? I cannot wait- I mean I am sure you are more anxious to finally be home. But we are really excited to see how you will decorate- since all you do is amazing.
mama’s not pregnant anymore
Ahhhhh, finally settled into the Underdog!
“Hmm, which post-pregnancy six-pack should I go for? Abs or beer? Beer it is. Welcome home, Mommy.”
It says that we have a sense of humor. And a good delivery service nearby.
A simple man with simple needs.
