QUESTION
So i got a peshtemal towel…and i have no idea how i should wash it (it sheds like crazy, and i haven’t used it yet). I would love to hear your suggestion!

It sheds? Hmmmm. I don’t remember ours shedding all that much. The fibers are pretty tightly woven. I wash mine in warm water with a gentle detergent. No bleach, no softener, no dryer sheets. Sometimes I’ll add a little white vinegar to get a good rinse. Sometimes I’ll add a little OxiClean to keep them bright. After a few years’ use, some of the fringe on the ends has come unknotted, but I just knot them back up. Hope that helps!
