THE BLACK HOUSE (2017-PRESENT)

Our current home is a living example of 70s contemporary architecture. We love that it’s nestled in the woods and keeps us connected to nature in a way that no other home we’ve owned has. Read more about it here.

THE UNDERDOG (2011-2017)

Tour our previous home here. See it in the February 2017 issue of Better Homes & Gardens here. We bought this neglected ranch in 2011 as an estate sale and named it the Underdog. It was the worst house on the street. We spent six years putting our stamp on it before selling by owner. For a closer look at each space and source lists, please see the links below.

SPEC HOME (2007-2011)

Tour another previous home of ours here. We hastily bought this spec house in a weekend for a cross-country move then sold it by owner a few years later due to a desire to live more simply. It’s one of the best decisions we ever made.
